1. Conclusion of a contract
1.1 The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as rooms, premises and other services have been promised. All reservations are confirmed in writing by Hotel & Hostel Aleo. If this is no longer possible by the deadline, the customer will receive a (verbal) confirmation by telephone. If the reservation confirmation deviates from the content of the registration, the content of the reservation confirmation becomes part of the contract, unless the guest objects immediately after receipt, at the latest with the acceptance of the services.
1.2 The conclusion of the accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. The concluded contract can only be terminated for an important reason.
1.3 If the customer is not the same as the guest, both parties are jointly and severally liable for all contractual obligations.

2. Arrival and departure
2.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reserved rooms are available to the guest from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure (on weekends by 11 a.m.).
2.2 The reservation dates are binding for both contracting parties. Reserved rooms are only available to the service recipient for the agreed period. Any use of the reserved rooms beyond the agreed period requires the hotel's consent. If you plan to depart after 10 a.m., you must notify the reception by 6 p.m. the previous evening at the latest.

3. Services
3.1 The guest does not acquire the right to be provided specific rooms or premises. If the agreed premises are not available, the hotel is obliged to try to find an equivalent replacement in the house or in other objects. The contractual scope of the hotel's services results from the agreements made in writing.
3.2 If rooms or other services are reserved on an option basis, the option dates are binding for both parties. After the agreed option period has expired, the hotel can freely dispose of the rooms and services booked with the option without prior consultation.
3.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the prices are per room and night, including statutory VAT. Any increase in VAT after the contract has been concluded is at the expense of the service recipient. Agreed prices can be changed by Hotel & Hostel Aleo after the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the then valid prices without prior notice if there are more than 6 months between the conclusion of the contract and the provision of the service. Any special conditions granted must be mentioned directly when booking or upon arrival. Later changes or reductions are not possible.

4. Payment
4.1 The fee for the booked services is generally due before the guest's departure. The Hotel + Hostel Aleo is entitled to request advance payments at any time in the amount of the total expected room rate after the conclusion of the accommodation contract. The hotel can, without justification, make any order and reservation or other service that is to be performed dependent on the total or partial payment of amounts expected to be owed in advance, in the form of down payments, payments on account or total advance payments. The Hotel & Hostel Aleo may request a valid credit card number from a credit card company accepted by the Hotel & Hostel Aleo to guarantee a reservation and for the resulting services.
4.2 If the invoice amount exceeds 3 times the room rate, Hotel & Hostel Aleo is entitled to issue individual interim invoices, e.g. in the form of weekly invoices, and to request payment from the guest.
4.3 Interim invoices are payable by the guest immediately upon receipt. If the guest is in default of payment, the hotel can cancel the agreement with immediate effect. The Hotel & Hostel Aleo reserves the right to assert further costs, in particular the failure to rent to other parties. Invoices to companies, travel agencies, etc. will only be issued if the hotel, by the invoice recipient, has submitted a written cost assumption declaration on their official business paper and this is accepted by the hotel. Such invoices are payable within seven days of the invoice date, without deduction and in the currency shown on the invoice. The place of performance for the guest's payment obligations is the hotel's registered office. This also applies if the guest has been credited with the payment.
4.4 The Hotel & Hostel Aleo is free to accept and select credit cards in each individual case, even if the general acceptance of credit cards is indicated by notices in the hotel. Checks, credit cards and other means of payment are only accepted on account of performance.
4.5 Prices for groups are only valid on the basis of separate written agreements. Otherwise, the currently valid group price lists of Hotel Aleo are decisive. The validity of each reservation for groups also depends on the payment of a deposit in the amount of 80% of the services to be reserved, whereby the deposit must be received by Hotel & Hostel Aleo four weeks before the group's arrival in order for the reservation to be valid. In the case of group reservations, the hotel reserves the right to reduce the quota of unused rooms and / or change the agreed price if less than 75% of the agreed rooms are used.

 5. Cancellations
When changing or canceling reserved hotel rooms, function rooms and arrangements, the following will be invoiced:
5.1 For group reservations: a) Up to 6 weeks before arrival, no costs. b) Up to 3 weeks before arrival, 50% of the agreed services. c) Less than 3 weeks before arrival, 80% of the agreed services. The Hotel & Hostel Aleo describes a reservation as a group reservation with a number of 3 rooms in the hotel and a number of 4 people in the hostel.
5.2 For individual reservations: a) Up to 2 days before arrival, free of charge b) From 2 days before arrival (after 12 p.m.), 80% of the agreed services. Overnight stays that have not been used or canceled will be billed at 80% of the arrangement. It is irrelevant whether the hotel is fully booked or not. All cancellations must be made in writing. The above cancellation fees are reduced by the amounts obtained by subletting the canceled room or charging the service.
5.3 Events: The following cancellation deadlines apply to agreed events and the provision of premises: a) over 30 days: no provision costs are charged, b) provision costs 29 to the day of arrival.

6. Liability
6.1 The guest or the organizer are liable to Hotel & Hostel Aleo for any damage caused by them or their guests.
6.2 The Hotel & Hostel Aleo is not liable to the guest or the contractual partner if the provision of services becomes impossible in the event of a strike or as a result of force majeure. In these cases, Hotel Aleo will endeavor to obtain equivalent services elsewhere.
6.3 The Hotel & Hostel Aleo is liable to the guest in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code (up to 100 times the room price, a maximum of 3000 euros); for money and valuables according to § 702 BGB, however, only up to 750 euros, unless the Hotel & Hostel Aleo or its staff is at fault or the valuables or the money was given to the Hotel & Hostel Aleo for safekeeping in return for a receipt given.
6.4 If the guest brings a vehicle and it is parked in a parking space provided by Hotel & Hostel Aleo, the liability of Hotel & Hostel Aleo is limited to the extent of the liability insurance taken out for this purpose.
6.5 In the case of events, it is incumbent on the contractual partner to insure objects brought along against theft or damage or destruction. Hotel & Hostel Aleo accepts no liability.

7. Termination
7.1 If the guest uses the rooms made available to him for a purpose other than that agreed, Hotel + Hostel Aleo has an extraordinary right of termination. Political events must be clearly marked when registering. If the Hotel & Hostel Aleo has justified reason to believe that an event jeopardizes the smooth business operations, the security or the reputation of the house or the guests, as well as in the event of force majeure or internal unrest, the Hotel & Hostel Aleo can cancel the contractual relationship also terminate without notice.
7.2 The same applies if an organizer advertises in a daily newspaper without the consent of Hotel & Hostel Aleo, which is used to invite interviews or sales events. In these cases, the hotel is entitled to the agreed remuneration even in the event of termination.

8. Other
Animals can only be admitted to the Hotel & Hostel Aleo by prior arrangement.
